Job Role & Responsibilities

- Manage, coordinate, and supervise a team of 5–7 members to ensure smooth examination operations.
- Take complete ownership and accountability for the team’s work, performance, and outcomes.
- Maintain a calm, humble, positive, and approachable attitude while handling team members, students, and management.
- Ensure clear, confident, and professional communication with team members and management for smooth coordination.
- Maintain 100% accuracy and quality in all examination-related work, records, and documentation.




- Handle operational challenges effectively through practical and timely decision-making.
- Ensure all assigned tasks, examination activities, and deadlines are completed on time.
- Guide, support, train, and motivate team members to achieve their responsibilities effectively.
- Maintain regular reporting, task updates, and follow-ups to ensure pending activities are completed.
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, confidentiality, discipline, and respectful behaviour at all times.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
