We are looking for a SEO & Performance Marketing Specialist to drive the online growth of GreenCRM24, our SaaS-based CRM platform.

The ideal candidate should be capable of handling both organic growth and paid marketing campaigns, along with analytics and conversion tracking.

Key Responsibilities

SEO & Organic Growth

- Manage complete On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO.
- Conduct Keyword Research and identify high-value SaaS/CRM keywords.
- Optimize website pages, landing pages, blogs, titles, meta descriptions and internal linking.
- Develop SEO and content strategies to increase organic traffic, rankings and leads.
- Perform competitor and SERP analysis.
- Plan and execute ethical link-building strategies.
- Monitor keyword rankings and organic performance.

Paid Marketing / Performance Marketing

- Plan, create and manage Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage Search, Display, YouTube and other relevant Google campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns based on CPC, CTR, conversions, CPL and ROI.
- Create and test different ad copies, keywords, audiences and landing pages.
- Monitor campaign budgets and continuously improve performance.
- Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) will be an advantage.

Analytics & Conversion Tracking

- Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Experience with Google Search Console.
- Setup and troubleshoot conversion tracking.
- Good knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Track leads, form submissions,



registrations and other SaaS conversion events.
- Analyze traffic, user behaviour and campaign performance.
- Prepare regular performance reports and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

- Practical experience in SEO + Performance Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO.
- Positive understanding of Google Ads and campaign optimization.
- Experience with Keyword Research and Competitor Analysis.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager.
- Good understanding of Conversion Tracking and attribution.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads will be an added advantage.
- Good English communication and writing skills.
- Experience with SaaS, B2B or CRM products will be preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a Work From Home environment.
