Maxx Business Media is an exhibition and business-media company involved in organizing and promoting B2B exhibitions, industry events and business networking platforms across various industrial sectors.

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Marketing / Business Development Executives to join our team and work on exhibition marketing, client acquisition and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote exhibitions and business events to potential companies and industry professionals.
- Identify and research new B2B prospects.
- Contact company owners, directors, marketing managers and business-development teams.
- Make outbound calls and introduce exhibition participation opportunities.
- Generate leads through telephone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable participation options.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in Excel/CRM.
- Coordinate with the internal marketing and sales team.
- Achieve daily and monthly lead-generation and business-development targets.

Who Can Apply?





- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Candidates with experience in B2B sales, exhibition sales, event marketing, telecalling or business development will be preferred.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email and WhatsApp.
- Good convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Candidates who are comfortable with outbound calling and client interaction.
