Maintenance related activity ;
1.1
Monitoring day to day Engineering & Maintenance activity.
1.2
To ensure the proper operation of utility services as per SOPs.
1.3
To ensure the preventive maintenance of all equipment to be carried out as per SOPs.
1.4
Handling of breakdown – Plant Equipment and Utility services.
1.5
Handling of shutdown related activities.
1.6
To ensure Safety procedure follows by engineering team.
1.7
To deal with external agencies, contractors, vendors and consultant.
1.8
To coordinate with other departments for maintenance related activity.
1.9
To coordinate with purchases department for procuring current equipment, spare and consumables.

2.0
Project related activity ;
2.1
To coordinate with HOD/Designee/concern person of company and consultant for ongoing & upcoming projects.
2.2
To collect necessary information/supporting documents to furnish the HOD/Designee/concern person for approval of project & budget.
2.3
To coordinate with concern person/department to collect necessary data required for project work.




2.4
To work out the data received from all concern person/department and prepared sheet as per the requirement of HOD/Consultant to prepare the Instrument list, Site layout and Equipment layout/Floor Plan.
2.5
To check the Site layout and Equipment layout with respect to user and legal requirement.
2.6
To check the design data with respect to user requirement.
2.7
To check the tender documents with respective engineering aspect, safety aspect as well as basic requirement.
2.8
To check the BOM – bill of material submitted by consultant.
2.9
To prepare the quote comparator sheet with respect to user requirement and technical specification of equipment/system/utility equipment of all supplier/manufacturer.
2.10
To perform the FAT/SAT as and when required.
2.11
To coordinate with contractor for contract awarding job.
2.12
To conduct meeting with contractors and their team for giving necessary instruction, guidance and
