Purpose of the Role

The role will be responsible for ensuring correct Bill of Material in SAP in line with the manufacturing Strategy by APL & STD DML Releases, Change management within defined timeline to control Repro & Manual Consumption issues, correct part Scheduling and Correct Product cost

Job Responsibility
DML Process & implementations: • Review daily progress of ERC DML Releases at APL & STDs level for all products with individual teams . • Review current EPA created for understanding the change content within the team. Highlight the critical changes & inter shop dependencies. • Set Priority & targets for critical DML implementations (thermal incidences, customer complaints, safety etc) with individual team members on daily basis. • Highlight the importance/criticality of DMLs in departmental and plant level steering committee reviews on a periodic basis • Maintain track of incoming & outgoing DMLS • Analyze the change details to reduce redundancy ,



save costs and suggest possibilities for commonization of parts to ERC on a case to case basis • Finalize the implementation status reports and forward to Stake holders on a monthly basis • Deploy learnings across ECM team during DWM 2. EPA Implementation: • Review daily progress of EPA for all products with team against the time line • Prioritise the EPA studies & corresponding followups with stakeholders. • Resolve issues raised by the team and highlight escalation (if any in the Plant Head Meeting) • Monitor critical implementations daily to avoid delays. • Support team to get the timely feedback from stakeholders. • Ensure that the EPA process is not deviated, else signoff is available for any deviations 3. Cost Release: • Advance information from Product Line for PO. PP dates of the Products / Aggregates. • Aligns the DML release team for completing APL & STDs release. • Daily review of the Cost release status & the support needed. • Communicating with Finance Head to prioritise the Cost releases. • Ensu
