The Conversations Specialist will ultimately be responsible to deliver a high quality, accurate and consistent live chat experience using established engagement scripts and canned answers,



but should also be able to think on their feet when chat visitors go off script. Whilst human agents sit behind chats, our goal is to automate their workflows, minimising their required input through effective technology and conversation design. This enables scalability, quality assurance and ultimately increases our customers’ return on investment by reducing the cost of providing human- powered responses.

Duties:
What the job involves
Ownership of all aspects in Chat Operations across the business with includes.
● Effectively engaging with chat visitors, often several at a time and under pressure during peak periods;
● Learning current knowledge banks and understanding the nature of recent clients and their products or services;
● Learning and following established key operator questions and scripts;
