Amazon is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of a current cross-border business platform. This role will be responsible for building an innovative platform that enables seamless international commerce, working at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and regulatory compliance. You will completely own & drive the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and execution (with technology teams),product adoption for this greenfield initiative that will redefine how businesses engage in cross-border trade on Amazon.

You should enjoy working in a start-up setting & will need to develop a deep understanding of cross-border trade, regulations, logistics, payments and seller/customer needs. You will have to align and coordinate with multiple cross-functional teams including Legal, Tax, Trade Compliance, Logistics, and Payments.

Key job responsibilities
•Product Strategy: Define and drive the product strategy for a new cross-border business platform from concept to launch.



Drive both long-term vision and short-term execution plans to achieve business results.
•Roadmap Planning and Execution: Provide value-based prioritization of product development initiatives to ensure maximum ROI, Manage cross-functional processes for prioritizing, delivering, and launching major product releases
· Requirements Definition: Develop comprehensive product plans, Produce high quality requirements documents and effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver key capabilities on time and on budget. Writes user stories to communicate customer needs in an Agile development setting.
· Product Roll-out: Create and execute go-to-market plans for new features. Monitor key performance metrics to ensure product performance and identify optimisation opportunities. Partner with business and marketing teams to drive product adoption
•Cross-Functional Leadership and Alignment: Collaborate with technology & functional teams(biz, legal) tea
