Job Description
This position is based in India and will support global Investment Technology initiatives. The candidate will primarily support the Alternatives business and work closely with investment, operations, product, data, and technology teams.

State Street Investment Management is seeking a highly motivated Senior Technical Business Analyst with solid business analysis, data analysis, and technology delivery skills . The candidate will work closely with business and technology teams to translate requirements into effective solutions, improve processes, and support strategic initiatives across the investment platform landscape.
The role requires hands-on experience gathering requirements, analyzing business processes and data, defining functional solutions, supporting integrations, and delivering reporting improvements. The candidate must be comfortable working with large datasets and investigating data-quality and reconciliation issues.
Robust SQL skills and practical programming knowledge in at least one language are required.



Python is strongly preferred for data analysis, automation, and reporting. The candidate should also understand enterprise data warehouses, relational database management systems, stored procedures, ETL processes, APIs, and reporting platforms.
