As a Business Development Executive, you help students understand their options, evaluate their goals, and move towards the right admissions pathway. The role is a mix of sales, counselling, and communication, with explicit monthly targets.

What you'll do
Make outbound and inbound calls to explain courses, colleges, and admission pathways
Understand each student's goals, questions, and challenges to give personalised direction
Build trust and rapport through clear, confident communication
Run structured follow-ups to move students through the admissions pipeline
Convert warm leads into admissions using professional, value-based persuasion
Keep CRM logs, call details, and follow-up schedules updated
Meet daily calling and monthly conversion targets
Collaborate with counselling, operations, and admissions teams

What we're looking for
Strong communication in Hindi and English
Ability to understand student needs and provide clarity




Persuasive communicator with an ethical sales approach
Target-driven, disciplined, and consistent
Solid calling and follow-up ability is mandatory
Graduate or postgraduate in any stream
Freshers are welcome if communication is solid; prior sales or telecalling experience is a plus

Growth: Senior BDE, Team Lead, or Admissions Strategist.
