Job Title: Anaplan Application Support Engineer
Location: Hyderabad, India
Reports To: Planning Delivery Lead
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Anaplan skilled to primarily lead production support, operational stability, and ongoing optimization of enterprise Anaplan planning solutions supporting Demand and Supply Planning initiatives.
This role will be responsible for ensuring reliability, performance,
and scalability of Anaplan models and integrations in a global production setting. While development and enhancements will be part of the role, the primary focus will be on production support, incident management, monitoring, performance tuning, and operational governance.
The candidate must be willing to work on site 4 days a week in Hyderabad. This role operates in a global support model and requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts aligned with US and other global time zones, including critical planning windows.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Support & Operational Ownership
Provide Level 2 / Level 3 production support for enterprise Anaplan models.
Own end-to-end monitoring of: Model performance, Scheduled imports/exports, Integration processes, Workflow executions, Data synchronization jobs
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for: Model calculation issues, Data mismatches, Integration failures, User access issues, Performance degradati
