Job Summary
The Manager, Compensation is responsible for the day-to-day governance and administration of compensation programs for Ventra, ensuring pay decisions are consistent, competitive, and compliant with local regulations. This role manages offer and internal movement approvals,



supports the annual salary review and bonus cycles, maintains job grading and salary structures, and partners closely with Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll and other HR stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely execution of compensation processes. This is a hands-on role suited for a compensation professional with solid technical grounding who is ready to own a full-cycle compensation portfolio for the India market.

Essential Functions and Tasks
Review and approve compensation for recent hire offers and internal movements (promotions, transfers, lateral moves), ensuring alignment with salary structures, internal equity, and budget guidelines.
Administer the annual salary review cycle, including data preparation, modeling, guideline development, manager enablement, and post-cycle audits.
Administer the annual bonus/incentive cycle, including calculation methodology, eligibility check
