Job DescriptionPurpose of the Role: The role of DGM (L4) – Process Excellence & Training Enablement is responsible for strengthening the sales capability, productivity and execution discipline of the TML Sales Team and Dealer Sales Team across regions. The incumbent will lead training and enablement initiatives through a team of 4 regional L5 Senior Managers, ensuring consistent deployment of sales processes, capability-building programs, performance reviews and engagement interventions.
The role will focus on improving frontline sales effectiveness by establishing structured training modules, driving adoption of defined sales processes, tracking productivity and performance metrics, improving motivation and engagement, reducing attrition, and identifying recent avenues for recruitment and manpower strengthening. The incumbent will also work closely with internal stakeholders and dealership teams to institutionalize review mechanisms, incentive frameworks and process excellence initiatives that enhance business outcomes and customer-facing execution.
Job Responsibilities :




Lead training and capability-building for TML and dealer sales teams.
• Manage 4 regional officer for training enablement execution.
• Establish and drive sales processes, review metrics and productivity dashboards.
• Track performance, productivity, attrition and manpower effectiveness.
• Improve motivation, engagement and retention of frontline/dealer sales teams.
• Develop recruitment avenues and onboarding frameworks for dealer manpower.
• Design incentive and recognition programs linked to sales effectiveness.
• Work with sales, GTM, digital, RCFI, network, HR and dealer stakeholders.
• Use analytics to identify gaps, improve execution and drive process excellence.
