Role summary
Candidate should have Leadership quality with ability to manage team of 10 People, Business
development, Dealer network, Component sales, Institutional sales, Direct sales, along experience in
Senior Managerial level position in EV, solar Industry, preferable experience in Products like AC & DC
connectors, LV Switchgear, connectors, products.
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for devising strategy & its implementation for business expansion and product
penetration while keeping focus on overall growth. Position demands a high level of creative &
energetic leadership to lead from the front.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Highly energetic & below 48 years
Result oriented approach
Experience of at least 20 to 25 years in similar industry
Valuable people management skills with written communications
Experience in handling PAN India sales.
Industry:
Automobile/ EV Industry - Candidates should be from a similar industry (Solar, invertors, Battery
charger, Ev, Battery)




Candidates should have valuable contacts with the etc.
Qualification: Candidate should be B.Tech/B.E (Electrical)
