Job Description
Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention




Identify and pursue prospects for expanding client accounts by upselling and cross-selling
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations
Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver on service level agreements
Develop and execute strategies for enhancing client engagement and loyalty
Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
Stay current on industry trends and client needs to inform strategic decision-making
Meet and exceed sales targets by building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
Provide product demonstrations and training to clients as needed
Act as a brand ambassador for Recrudo Labs at industry events and networking opportunities
