Responsible for cafe and Pantry service.
Responsible for managing the HK team.
Responsible for Vendor management.
Responsible for inventory management.
Responsible for invoicing and PR.
Ensure immediate response service to Calls & Help line Tickets.
Respond to inquiries through email, phone, and the service portal.
Triage and solve the assigned requests according to the service desk’s standard operating procedure. Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs)



are met to maintain high-quality service.
Develop various internal reports related to Daily, Weekly & monthly Reports.
Act as a subject matter expert on soft services and Hospitality management.
Responsible for Procurement and ordering of Housekeeping Materials and chemicals on Monthly Basis.
Maintaining Housekeeping attendance and randomly checking the checklists & implementing them.
Coordinating and verifying the 52-week PPM schedules of Housekeeping.
Making rounds in premises regularly to identify the House keeping issues, Maintenance issues & take immediate action for Rectification.
Arrangement of all consumables and supplies for client / VIP visits.
Interfacing with the pest control for carrying out the pest control activities at the facilities.
Monitoring the mail room activities.
Collecting all documents from the vendor for compliance audit.
Oversee the pantry equipment and reprograp
