Shaadi.com is looking for a sharp, culturally fluent and user-oriented creative leader to own the brand’s creative and content agenda.

This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, creative development, social media, content, consumer insight and campaign execution. The mandate is to make Shaadi.com more resonant, more memorable and more effective with today’s marriage-ready audience, especially young women and their families.

We are not looking for someone who only manages social media calendars or coordinates with agencies. We are looking for someone who can find powerful consumer insights, turn them into campaigns and content, and build a distinctive creative voice for one of India’s most iconic consumer internet brands.

Key Responsibilities Brand & Creative Strategy
Own the creative expression of the Shaadi.com brand across campaigns, social, digital content, on-ground and brand assets.
Translate brand positioning into sharp creative platforms, campaign ideas and content franchises.
Build and maintain the brand voice, tone,



messaging pillars and creative guardrails.
Partner with the Marketing Lead to shape Shaadi.com’s long-term brand narrative.

Campaign Development
Lead creative development for brand campaigns across digital, video, social, influencer and mainline formats.
Write and evaluate creative briefs, scripts, concepts, hooks, campaign lines and storyboards.
Work closely with agencies, production partners and internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns.
Ensure every campaign has a explicit consumer insight, business objective and distribution logic and is aligned with the defined long-term direction of the brand.

Social & Content Leadership
Own Shaadi.com’s social media and content strategy across key platforms.
Build scalable content formats that drive reach, engagement, relevance and consideration.
Lead content around contemporary marriage, choice, compatibility, family, trust, success stories and relationship
