Provide L2/L3 operational support for enterprise Secrets Management and privileged credential environments, ensuring secure, compliant and reliable operation of secrets, credentials, authentication and certificate lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 operational support for Secrets Management platforms.
Troubleshoot secrets access, authentication and integration-related issues.
Support secrets and privileged credential lifecycle management.
Perform credential rotation and lifecycle activities according to approved procedures.
Support certificate lifecycle activities including renewal, validation and expiry management.
Support policy configuration and operational maintenance.
Investigate security-related incidents within the Secrets Management scope.
Perform technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
Coordinate with IAM, infrastructure, application and security teams.
Maintain operational procedures, runbooks and documentation.
Ensure changes are executed through approved change-management processes.




Support audit and compliance requirements.
Identify prospects for automation such as credential lifecycle monitoring and certificate-expiry notifications.

Experience

Typically 3–6 years in security operations, IAM, PAM or Secrets Management.
