Job Description
Conduct high volume outbound calls to medical professionals to promote products and services
Follow predefined scripts and strategies to engage with customers effectively




Gather and update customer information accurately in the database
Identify sales opportunities and upsell products to customers
Meet daily and monthly targets for call volumes and sales
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers
Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns promptly
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve department goals
Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends
Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and confidentiality.
