At Regeneron, our Global Business Services organization plays a critical role in delivering productive, compliant, and employee-focused operations that support our global workforce. We are seeking a Senior Payroll Service Delivery Analyst (US) to join our Global Capability Center (GCC). In this role, you will be responsible for supporting accurate, timely, and compliant US payroll operations while driving process excellence, employee experience, and payroll compliance. You will collaborate closely with HR, Finance, Tax, payroll vendors, and business partners to ensure payroll accuracy, resolve complex payroll matters,



and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Discover your role
Implement end-to-end US payroll activities, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
Review payroll transactions, validate employee data, perform reconciliations, and resolve payroll discrepancies to maintain payroll integrity.
Manage payroll inquiries from employees and business stakeholders, providing timely and skilled resolution.
Partner with HR, Finance, Tax, and external payroll vendors to ensure seamless payroll operations and issue resolution.
Support payroll tax activities, year-end processing, reporting requirements, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Perform payroll audits, controls testing, and documentation reviews to support governance and compliance requirements.
