Key Responsibilities
Handle the first interaction with prospective clients on behalf of WebBee.
Understand client business requirements and identify their key challenges.
Conduct product demonstrations and present company presentations professionally.
Explain how WebBees solutions can address and solve client business needs.
Position WebBee as the best-fit solution for prospective customers.
Represent the company professionally during online and offline client meetings.
Gather, analyze, and document customer requirements for internal teams.
Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth communication and execution.
Follow up with prospects,



address their queries, and maintain strong relationships.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, meetings, requirements, and feedback.
Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure customer expectations are understood and met.
Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.
Support leads to qualifications and prospect discovery through meaningful client conversations.
