Account Manager - UK/Europe
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to lead our UK/Europe region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue current business prospects.
Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and skilled manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and services to clients.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the team is meeting its objectives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.




Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding client relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Technical Skills & Experience:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Strong understanding of marketing automation and customer journey mapping.
Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights.
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in account management.
Experience with project management and coordination.

Preferred Qualifications:
Account Manager certification or equivalent.
Experience working in a matrix organization or a gl
