About the role
As Regional Sales Manager, you will serve as the primary commercial contact and representative of Fuller for designated countries across the APAC region.




Working closely with internal sales teams and supporting functions, you will drive the sale of spare parts, services, and projects to cement industry customers within your assigned territory. You will be accountable for achieving the regional sales budget, maximizing contribution margins, and building solid, long-term customer relationships.
You will lead the final stages of customer negotiations, identify opportunities to grow sales, and ensure disciplined follow-up throughout the sales process. In close collaboration with internal stakeholders, you will also help ensure that proposals and orders are delivered in line with customer expectations and agreed commitments.
The role is primarily office-based, with regular customer visits and travel throughout the region. You will join a newly established, globally distributed team of motivated sales specialists.
