Under broad direction, manages and directs Real Estate Service activities for a specific geographical area which could include one or more districts / countries.
Responsibilities are multi-functional and include operations and maintenance activities associated with facilities; acquisition and disposition of facilities and property to support business unit requirements; design and construction of support facilities such as shops, warehouses, and plants.
Prepares and manages district/country specific operating and capital expenditure business plans required to support business entities and support services alike.
Manages and directs the multi-functional activities via a staff comprised of skilled, technical, craft, and contract employees.

Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in Business Administration or fields related to the specific management assignments and 15+ years of progressively more responsible experience in related areas as well as effective internal relations with all levels of a large, complex organization.
