What We Expect From You
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management:
Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end delivery of information security programs.
Define project scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with engineering, Product, IT, Compliance, HR, Internal Audit and Business teams to align security initiatives with organizational priorities.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Technical Oversight:




Collaborate with security architects and engineers to define and deliver technical security solutions.
Stay updated on emerging threats, technologies, and compliance requirements to inform program direction.

Compliance and Governance:
Ensure programs adhere to relevant security standards, frameworks, and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC, RBI/IRDAI/SEBI compliance).
Assist in audits, assessments, and remediation plans.

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed program documentation, including charters, roadmaps, and status reports.
Provide regular updates to leadership on program performance and outcomes.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
3+ years of experience in program or project management within the information security domain.
Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and frameworks.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a quick-paced workplace.
