Job Description
Manage the procurement process for all materials and services needed for the company's operations
Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and terms
Ensure timely delivery of materials and services to meet production schedules




Monitor and track inventory levels to prevent stockouts and excessive inventory
Develop and implement procurement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Evaluate supplier performance and make recommendations for improvements or changes
Collaborate with other departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements
Keep abreast of market trends and supplier capabilities to identify new opportunities for cost savings
Oversee the procurement team and provide guidance and support as needed
Maintain accurate records of all procurement transactions and activities
