Position Summary

The Market Operations Analyst is responsible for first-line client service and operational support across account management, trade settlement, product and registry holdings, and platform troubleshooting. As a member of the Operations organization, the Analyst helps ensure the front-to-back client and trade lifecycle is managed in accordance with the existing control framework and helps develop and enhance the controls and infrastructure required to build a best-in-class Operations organization.





The role ensures accurate and timely execution of daily processes, reporting, and exception management while coordinating with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience. It also supports current business initiatives, system enhancements, and continuous process improvement.

Operations sits at the center of the business, with touchpoints across Commercial, Product, Engineering, Finance, and partner registries. The position therefore requires solid communication, meticulous attention to detail, a control mindset, and the ability to move between micro-technical detail and macro-level concepts. This is a remote role that requires meaningful overlap with US Eastern business hours.
