Job Description
Manage a team of call center representatives
Handle day-to-day operations of the call center
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service
Monitor and analyze call center performance
Conduct regular performance evaluations of call center staff
Train and onboard recent call center representatives
Resolve escalated customer complaints
Collaborate with other department managers to enhance overall customer experience
