Job Title: Cluster Business Head – Cross-Sell Channel (Direct Channel)

Job Summary

The Cluster Business Head – Cross Sell Channel (Direct Channel) will be responsible for driving business growth by managing and leading a team of Field Relationship Managers (FRMs) and Senior Field Relationship Managers across the assigned cluster. The role focuses on generating cross-sell business through the direct channel, achieving revenue targets, and strengthening customer relationships while ensuring operational efficiency and team productivity.

The candidate must possess robust leadership skills, sales management capabilities, and experience in managing field sales teams within the Banking, Insurance, NBFC, or Financial Services industry.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Generation
Drive cross-sell revenue through the Direct Channel across the assigned cluster.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the organization.
Identify current business opportunities within existing customer bases.




Promote and cross-sell financial products such as insurance, loans, investment products, or other financial solutions.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue generation.
Team Leadership & Management
Manage and lead a team of Field Relationship Managers (FRMs) and Senior FRMs.
Ensure team productivity and target achievement through continuous monitoring and support.
Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and field support to enhance team capabilities.
Build a high-performing sales team culture.
Cluster Management
Oversee business operations across multiple locations within the assigned cluster.
Ensure consistent business growth across all territories.
Monitor sales performance, productivity metrics, and team KPIs.
Coordinate with regional and central teams for the smooth execution of business strategies.
