Generate leads through outbound calls and customer conversations.
Engage UK customers and understand their requirements.
Build strong rapport and maintain a smooth, qualified conversation.
Explain telecom products/services clearly and confidently.
Use excellent convincing and persuasion skills to generate quality leads.
Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
Maintain accurate lead and customer information.
Achieve daily and monthly lead-generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for successful lead conversion.
Follow the company's calling scripts, processes, and quality standards.
