Designation: Relationship Manager – SME (Tier 1)

Age Limit: Ideally up to 33 years (can go up to 36 in exceptional cases)
Product: SME (Tier 1)
Ticket Size: INR 1 Cr+ (Candidates handling INR 60L–INR 10Cr range can also be considered)
M-o-M Productivity : Avg of 2.5 Cr
Experience-
Must be from DSA vertical only (No branch banking profiles).
Robust understanding of LAP (Loan Against Property) and Balance Sheet analysis.
Candidates from HL + LAP (40%-60%) mix can be explored but must be transparent that this is a pure LAP role.
Should be enthusiastic and sales-driven.
Must have complete documentation from all past employers.
CIBIL score: Minimum 650+.
