Job Description
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals

Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to ensure targets are being met
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to drive sales initiatives
Stay up to date on industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge

Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
Provide excellent customer service and resolve any sales-related issues
Travel to meet with clients and attend industry events as needed.
