Job Summary

Reporting to the Head of HR (India), the Assistant Manager will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the business and operations teams. The role requires collaboration with the global HR team to provide end-to-end HR support, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
Partner with the recruitment team to drive the local hiring process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Ensure timely and effective background verification (BGV) for recent hires.
Employee Engagement & Development:
Conduct regular employee feedback sessions to enhance engagement and refine HR policies.
Organize employee engagement activities, including Fun Fridays and CSR initiatives.




Manage rewards and recognition programs.
HR Operations & Compliance:
Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and ensure personnel files comply with legal standards.
Process payroll inputs, attendance records, bonuses, and reimbursements.
Stay updated on labor laws and ensure company compliance.
Performance Management:
Support managers in conducting performance reviews, addressing performance gaps, and executing improvement plans.
Monitor the Performance Improvement Review (PIR) process and share monthly updates with Corporate HR.
Employee Relations:
Address and resolve complex employee relations issues, including investigations and recommending corrective actions.
Conduct exit interviews, identify trends, and report findings to leadership.
HR Projects:
Collaborate on global HR initiatives such as succession planning and employee training.
