Job Description
Actively source, identify, and engage qualified IT professionals for contract and full time positions
Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to build a pipeline of potential candidates




Perform initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and job fit
Maintain relationships with existing consultants and client managers to drive placement opportunities
Negotiate rates and terms of engagement with candidates and clients
Collaborate with sales and account management teams to align recruitment efforts with business goals
Track and update candidate activity and status in the applicant tracking system
Keep up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly placement targets
Contribute to team meetings and share best practices for recruiting success.
