Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Installation and Commissioning:
Install and commission products or systems at customer locations.
Ensure proper setup and configuration according to technical specifications.
Maintenance and Repairs:
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment or systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to identify and implement solutions.
Execute repairs and replacements of faulty components.
Customer Support:
Provide technical support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, or in office visits.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
Training and Documentation:
Conduct training sessions for customers on product operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures.
Create and update technical documentation, manuals, and service reports.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that service activities meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
Conduct quality checks on completed installations and repairs.
Remote Diagnostics:




Utilize remote diagnostic tools to analyze and resolve technical issues when in office visits are not feasible.
Collaboration with Sales and Engineering Teams:
Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales activities.
Communicate customer feedback and technical insights to the engineering team for product improvement.
Inventory Management:
Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment needed for service activities.
Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of required components.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during service activities.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on industry trends, current technologies, and product developments.
Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
