We are urgently hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1–2 years of experience in IT sales/business development.

Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through Freelancer, Upwork, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Bid on relevant projects and prepare proposals
- Communicate with clients and understand project requirements
- Regular follow-ups with potential clients
- Coordinate with the internal team for project discussions

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of BDE/IT Sales experience
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with freelancing platforms is preferred
- Target-oriented and responsible
- Must be comfortable working in Day or Night Shift

Shift: Day & Night Shift
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
