Looking for a Special Educator to support students with diverse learning needs and help them achieve their academic, social and developmental goals. The educator will work closely with students, teachers and parents to provide appropriate learning support and create an inclusive classroom environment.

Work Role:

- Identify and support students with learning and developmental needs.
- Prepare individualized learning plans and suitable teaching strategies.
- Provide one-to-one and small-group support when required.
- Monitor student progress and maintain appropriate records.
- Work with teachers to adapt classroom activities and learning materials.
- Communicate with parents regarding student progress and support needs.
- Promote an inclusive, supportive and positive learning environment.

Requirements:

- Valuable understanding of inclusive education and different learning needs.
- Patient, empathetic and child-friendly approach.
- Good communication and observation skills.
- Previous experience as a Special Educator is preferred.
