Job Title: Sales Manager Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead sales operations and drive business growth. Candidates with strong experience in Banking, Insurance, or Hotel industry are preferred. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team. Generate new business opportunities and maintain client relationships. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports. Handle key clients and support customer relationship management. Identify market opportunities and develop new customer segments. Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Requirements:



Minimum 10 years of relevant sales experience. Experience in Banking, Insurance, or Hotel industry preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proven track record in achieving sales targets. Good customer relationship and team-management skills. Graduation in any discipline preferred. Salary: ₹60,000/month, negotiable based on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
