Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Product Executive with experience in the NBFC or banking sector to lead the development and enhancement of financial products. The ideal candidate will own the product lifecycle, from ideation to execution, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric and compliant solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Own end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, requirement gathering, development, launch, and optimization

· Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business goals

· Collaborate with engineering, design, risk, compliance, and operations teams

· Drive digital product initiatives such as lending platforms, payments, onboarding, or financial services apps

· Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities

· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (RBI guidelines, KYC, AML, etc.)

· Create PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), user stories, and acceptance criteria

· Monitor product performance using KPIs such as conversion rates, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue





· Lead product launches and coordinate go-to-market strategies

· Continuously improve user experience based on data insights and feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 2–5 years of product management experience in NBFC, banking, or fintech

· Strong understanding of financial products (loans, credit cards, payments, deposits, etc.)

· Experience working on digital platforms (mobile apps, web platforms, APIs)

· Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (RBI, KYC, AML compliance)

· Robust analytical and problem-solving skills

· Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

· Ability to work with stakeholders across business, tech, and operations

· Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

· MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed institution

· Experience in digital lending, underwriting systems, or fintech platforms

· Knowledge of data tools (SQL, Excel, product analytics tools like Mixpanel, GA, etc.)

· Exposure to API integrations, credit bureaus (e.g., CIBIL), and payment gateways

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
