About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer – L2 with strong hands-on expertise in enterprise networking, particularly Cisco technologies and BGP routing protocol. The ideal candidate should have proven L2 support experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, and strong career stability.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2 support for enterprise network infrastructure.
- Configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain Cisco routers and switches.
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco BGP protocol in real-time production environments.
- Troubleshoot routing, switching, connectivity, and network performance issues.
- Handle incidents, service requests, and network-related escalations.
- Perform configuration changes, network optimization, and troubleshooting as required.
- Monitor network availability, performance, and capacity.
- Work with L1/L3 teams and other infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
- Analyze network incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
- Maintain network documentation, configurations, and operational procedures.
- Follow ITIL/change-management processes for network changes.

Mandatory Skills

- 3–10 years of relevant experience as an L2 Network Engineer.




- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking products.
- Strong practical knowledge of BGP routing protocol.
- Good knowledge of routing and switching concepts.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in enterprise/production network environments.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong career stability with good tenure in previous organizations.

Good to Have

- CCNP certification will be an added advantage.
- Experience with OSPF, EIGRP, VLAN, STP, HSRP/VRRP and other routing/switching protocols.
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- ITIL knowledge/certification is an advantage.

Candidate Requirements

- Mumbai-based candidates only.
- Candidates who can join within 15 days are preferred.
- Candidates must have strong hands-on experience rather than only theoretical knowledge.
- Candidates with frequent job changes may not be preferred due to the requirement for strong career stability.

Pay: ₹9,700.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
