Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Telecalling In-Charge to manage the telecalling team, monitor daily calling activities, generate leads, follow up with customers, and ensure achievement of sales and conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the day-to-day activities of the telecalling team.
- Allocate leads and calling targets to team members.
- Monitor daily call volumes, follow-ups, appointments, and conversions.
- Train and guide telecallers on communication, product knowledge, and customer handling.
- Generate new leads through outbound calling and follow up on existing leads.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
- Monitor individual and team performance against assigned targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly telecalling performance reports.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status.
- Handle customer queries and escalations professionally.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for lead conversion and appointment scheduling.




- Identify performance gaps and take corrective actions.
- Motivate the team to achieve sales and productivity targets.
- Ensure proper usage and updating of CRM/lead management systems.
- Maintain quality standards in customer communication and calling processes.

Required Skills

- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to prepare and analyze performance reports.
- Good knowledge of Tamil and English; Hindi/other languages will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
