- Fourcup Technologies is looking for Freelance / Part-Time QA, SDET & Automation Trainers for online training programs.
- Minimum 7+ years of professional hands-on experience as a QA Engineer, SDET, Automation Engineer, Senior QA, QA Lead, or similar role.
- Robust practical experience in Manual Testing, Java, Selenium, TestNG, Automation Frameworks, API Testing, Postman, REST Assured, Appium, SQL, CI/CD and AI-assisted Testing.
- Candidates should have real-world project experience and be capable of demonstrating and explaining hands-on testing and automation practices.
- Experience with additional tools such as Jenkins, Git, Maven, JMeter, MongoDB, mobile testing and BDD will be an added advantage.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and structured manner.
- Knowledge of Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada or other languages will be an added advantage.
- Previous experience in training, mentoring, coaching or corporate training is preferred & added advantage.
- Conduct engaging live online sessions for individual students and batches.
- Training duration may be approximately 1–2 hours on weekdays and 5–10 hours during weekends, depending on student/batch requirements.
- Deliver both conceptual and practical training, including live demonstrations, coding, automation scripts,



assignments, exercises and real-world project scenarios.
- Help students understand how QA/SDET tools and processes are applied in actual software projects.
- Follow and utilize the industry-aligned syllabus and training materials provided by Fourcup Schools, while adding relevant real-world experience and examples.
- Guide students with practical troubleshooting, debugging, framework development and problem-solving.
- Conduct technical interview preparation and mock interviews for QA/SDET/Automation roles.
- Evaluate students' technical knowledge and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Help students improve their technical communication, interview skills and real-world testing capabilities.
- Ability to train freshers, interns, working professionals and career-switchers is preferred.
- Trainers should be reliable, punctual, interactive, approachable and committed to delivering high-quality online training.
- This is a freelance / part-time engagement with flexible course-wise or batch-wise opportunities.
- Ideal candidates are professionals who can combine strong industry experience, hands-on technical expertise, effective knowledge delivery and interview mentoring.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
