NxtWise IT Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Associates to join our team. This role is suitable for fresh graduates and candidates who are interested in building a career in Business Development, Sales, Customer Engagement, and Business Growth.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and follow up with potential customers through calls and other communication channels.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information about the companys products and services.

Handle customer queries and maintain regular follow ups.

Convert potential leads into successful customers.

Maintain proper records of leads, follow ups, and conversions.

Work towards assigned sales and revenue targets.

Build positive relationships with customers.

Coordinate with the team to achieve business goals.

Participate in training sessions and continuously improve sales and communication skills.





Skills Required

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.

Willingness to make customer calls and follow up regularly.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
