Job Description
Oversee and ensure quality standards are maintained and continuously improved
Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas of improvement
Collaborate with department heads to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
Train and mentor staff on quality processes and procedures
Maintain documentation and records related to quality control
Monitor and analyze customer feedback and devise strategies for improvement
Stay current on industry best practices and quality trends
Coordinate with external quality assurance agencies and ensure compliance with regulations
Prepare reports for management on quality performance and recommendations for enhancements.
