Role Overview

We are seeking energetic, target-oriented Key Account Managers (KAMs) to drive direct sales for our Personal Loan (PL) division in Ahmedabad. This field-intensive role focuses on direct customer acquisition, corporate pitching, and end-to-end loan conversion. The ideal candidate will leverage existing local networks and direct-to-consumer strategies to achieve monthly disbursement targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Direct Business Sourcing: Drive direct sourcing of unsecured Personal Loans through aggressive field outreach, corporate visits, open-market activities, and outbound prospecting.
Customer Acquisition & Conversion: Engage directly with prospective borrowers, evaluate loan requirements, collect documentation, and shepherd cases from initial lead to disbursement.
Account & Relationship Management: Identify, build,



and nurture relationships with local corporate accounts, SMEs, and institutional clients to generate recurring, high-volume salaried PL leads.
Pipeline & Funnel Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects, optimise conversion rates, and meet or exceed monthly disbursement and revenue benchmarks.
Credit & Policy Adherence: Coordinate closely with internal credit, operations, and risk teams to facilitate swift verification, login, approval, and minimal rejection rates.
Customer Experience & Compliance: Deliver a seamless onboarding experience while maintaining strict adherence to KYC norms, company credit policies, and fair practice codes.

Candidate Criteria & Requirements:
Experience: Proven track record in Direct Channel Sales for Personal Loans (PL).
Industry Background: Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably from a recognised NBFC institution.
Field Capability: Solid hand
