Role Overview
Hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud developer delivering integrations, segmentation, activation, and reporting for end-to-end campaigns; 5–7 years’ experience required, automotive industry exposure is a plus.
Responsibilities
Build multi-channel journeys using Journey Builder, Email Studio, CloudPages, and triggered sends to support lifecycle campaigns and personalization at scale.
Develop and maintain integrations across Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce core, and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, events, and secure file automations.
Configure Data Cloud data streams, identity resolution, calculated insights, segmentation,



and activation to Marketing Cloud and paid media endpoints.
Implement AMPscript/SSJS personalization with robust subscriber key and Data Extension schemas for accurate targeting and segmentation.
Orchestrate Automation Studio schedules, SQL activities, and data hygiene to meet freshness SLAs and ensure campaign readiness.
Enforce consent and preference management, privacy compliance, and data quality controls aligned to platform governance.
Produce campaign reporting via Data Views, SQL extracts, and Marketing Cloud Intelligence dashboards with attribution-aligned KPIs.
Monitor deliverability, domain/IP alignment, suppression strategy, and sender reputation; implement iterative improvements for inbox placement.
Troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize performance and cost across activation and messaging workloads.
