Job Description
Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products or services
Handling inbound calls from customers regarding queries or orders
Achieving sales targets and KPIs set by the management
Building and maintaining relationships with customers




Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
Updating and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system
Collaborating with the sales team to identify current opportunities for growth
Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Working efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Following up on leads and closing sales effectively

Languages known :- English ,Telugu , Kannada & Hindi

Salary :- 18,000 per month to 25000 per month + Incentives
