Job Description
Provide high-quality, efficient customer support to international users of Shaadi.com
Respond to customer inquiries and issues through email, chat, and phone communication
Educate users on how to effectively use the website and troubleshoot any technical problems




Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with other team members to address escalated customer concerns
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
Stay up-to-date on Shaadi.com's features and services to provide accurate information to customers
Work collaboratively with the tech team to address technical issues and improve customer experience
Must have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Previous customer service experience and knowledge of the online dating industry is preferred.
