Job Description
Responsible for providing personal care and assistance to residents
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Help residents with mobility and transferring to and from bed,



wheelchair, or other equipment
Monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes to the nursing staff
Maintain a clean and secure environment for residents
Engage in social interactions and activities with residents to promote their overall well-being
Follow all policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of care for residents
Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive care for residents
Participate in training and career development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
