Job Description
Make outbound calls to potential donors for fundraising purposes
Explain the mission and projects of Smile India Trust to individuals over the phone
Answer any questions or concerns that potential donors may have
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and interactions




Meet daily and monthly fundraising goals set by the organization
Follow up with donors to thank them for their contributions
Collaborate with team members to strategize and improve fundraising efforts
Provide excellent customer service to donors and potential donors
Attend training sessions and meetings to stay informed about the organization's initiatives
Must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable making cold calls
