Job Description
Serve as the main point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and issues
Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with company goals and regulations
Conduct interviews, recruit,



and onboard current employees
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
Coordinate training and development programs for staff members
Oversee payroll and advantages administration
Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality and accuracy
Stay up-to-date with employment laws and industry best practices
Collaborate with managers to address staffing needs and support organizational growth
Support the HR Manager in various HR initiatives and projects.
